These powerfully guided energetic mediations will leave you connected with who you are at your core. Aligning heart, mind and intuition so that you can feel empowered to live a life you dream about. Each class will involve cultivating body awareness through breath work, guided meditation to shift into relaxation and energetic healing to bring clarity into your daily life.  Classes are offered on a drop in basis. So come to one or come to them all!

Meditation 101

 

During this two hour workshop we will dive into what meditation is, the common misconceptions associated with it and what a consistent practice can mean for your daily life. By exploring the basic biology of what meditation does to your body and how it relates to your health it becomes an applicable practice. Cultivating time to create stillness in a hectic society helps reform your relationship to yourself and allows you to be more available to foster loving relationships with others. Practical steps will be provided so that you leave feeling empowered to start your own practice at home. A guided meditation will be experienced so that you can feel the shift from stress into relaxation, anchoring the benefits of meditation deep within your body. No previous experience required. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
